Hello. The SOC in the app is unchanged since Sept 2019, despite the dealer having two attempts, with contact from Renault Multimedia Service, to fix it. The fault predates the upgraded app.
Multimedia's explanation was that the car was not communicating with Renault; the fault was likened to a defective SIM in a phone. The dealer is going to have the car in again for two days soon.
Does anyone have any idea of what could be wrong, and how to fix it, please? The dealer doesn't!
