Interesting day. Got a valuation from phillip Schofields' bunch, not a bad price and was the amount the dealer was quoting for showroom standard, which mine wasn't. Told salesperson I'd probably be back Sunday. Off to pre-arranged appointment at dealer to find salesman I'd spoken to on Monday had decided to take the day off, and yet again, (same happened on test drive) no-one was expecting me. No choice but to deal with Mr Grumpy who I hadn't taken too previously. Decided to turn on the charm even though I was far from happy. I "may" have a good deal....... I say may, because although I''ve paid a £1k holding deposit they have yet to email me the contract, so only have back of an envelope figures and a "verbal" contract, so we shall see. IF the contract is up to spec then I've got a good deal on a pre-reg showroom top spec e-Niro 4, otherwise, allegedly a 12 week wait. I will let you know, should be with me Tuesday, shame electrician is coming to quote for charger on Wednesday! Will have to manage with granny charger for now.

I assume the 12 week wait was for an eNiro 4+ with the extra goodies?

No, apparently for the eNiro 3, it may have been a ruse, but as I hadn't indicated I was in a rush, hope they were telling the truth....
