Would not hold your breath. BP fast chargers put in at Reading services at the BP fuelling station on M4 2 years ago. East and West bound. Still not activated...
That would be the perfect distance between South Wales and London for me for a quick charge in a shorter range EV (eg -our e-208 at motorway speeds) But at present would still need to risk a Ecotricity (no chance!) or travel a little off piste to get an Instavolt

Hopefully, that will change very soon, as Gridserve are taking over management of Ecotricity's chargers, and plan to replace every last one with something that works by the end of summer.

Am aware of the plan but end of summer is just 5 months away. Will be amazed if they get to upgrade that many as still mostly on lockdown and furlough still active. Best time to do the work though as quieter.
