Some information I've copied over from the Scottish EV Facebook group: A new rapid charger has arrived at the Broomhill Road car park. Due to technical issues it isn't live yet, the contractor is returning in the first week of October to get it up and running. This is a rapid triple charger able to supply 50kW DC and 43kW AC and to downrate to supply 25kW to each side if two cars charge at once. It will be on the CYC network, free to use for the time being.
Note the petrol generator in the picture. I wonder if this will be used to run the charger and preserve Aberdeen's reputation as Oil Capital of Europe
