Do you have anything else accessing UVO, an ohme api link or similar?
No, just the UVO App on my iPhone, which is the way I always accessed the App.
I have contacted Kia Customer Services, but they didn’t get back to me on the issue.

I suspect they've just cocked up on something. It looks like the server API is telling you to sod off. They've probably just set it incredibly low by accident.

I set my Soul to charge last night via the app, watched the light come on the dash and retired to bed leaving the App on. Woke up in the morning, opened the App to checked the state of charge, only to find that I am now Portuguese!!
The whole App interface had changed language to Portuguese!
Tried to find the settings to change back to English and failed miserably, so I deleted the App.
Reloaded the English version and all is back to normal, or as normal as this flaky App is ever going to be.
How the heck can the App change the language on its own?
