Hi

I got myself a new iPhone on the 1st of Jan and ever since I wasn’t able to log in with the NissanEV app anymore.
I have tried to change the password (which works on the Nissan website) and entered it also in the Leaf itself but the app is just not logging in anymore.
Has anyone had problems after changing their phone?

I've had similar issues but with Android, you need to contact the EV-Nissan support team in Europe, bit convoluted via the Nissan website.

I'd assume if you have a you+ login you can try the initial connect procedure again. The Nissan app is so poor it might be them rather than the change of phone anyway.

I had the same problem but it worked fine once you put in the original login and pw, which was the same as on the web site. Also, if your're on a Mac you can use the Keychain Access application to see what the login details are for the web site, which can be handy if you don't actually remember them. Ask me how I know... :rolleyes:
