I've had a couple of reasons to speak to EV support staff at Nissan over the last couple of weeks. One conversation related that the team had halved in size recently due to contracts ending and fewer people were on hand to resolve customer queries. This morning I received an update regarding not being able to log-in to Carwings for a few days on my home PC. I thanked the sender for his email and have just received the following reply, "I am hoping to have more information for you today, but if that isn't possible, I would at least hope to have something for you before next Tuesday when our contract ends and transfers to Paris."

I hope this isn't a retrograde step.

Oh dear, whatever the customer service outcome that's not good for the UK staff who may be out of work as a result. Shame. :(

Hope it's smooth for us as customers, and they are offered something else soon enough.
