I was none too impressed yesterday (Sunday) when I arrived at Nissan's Maple Cross HQ in search of a rapid charge and with the family on board. Started charging OK but the charger stopped after a minute or so, reporting a fault. I managed to get another minute by resetting the unit, but after that it wouldn't reset again. I reported it at the security barrier as I left and went in search of Ecotricity's chargers at Beaconsfield. Another Leaf and I arrived at the same time, but mercifully there were two chargers, both working!Nissan

I've had my Leaf nearly two months now. Before I got it I contacted Maple Cross and was told the Rapid was out of action. Over a month ago told it was being replaced and today it's still not working... Pretty poor considering it's Nissan's UK HQ...
