Hi, I’ve done a search but nothing comes up..... using my iPhone on CarPlay, something has changed.

I can’t listen to the radio when the phone is connected, it just keeps going back to the CarPlay screen and the Nissan button has disappeared.

It didn’t used to do this... I’ve searched everywhere but can’t find anything on this. Any ideas or thoughts?

Thanks

Thanks Mike - yeah - I’d already tried restarting the phone, as well as removing the car from CarPlay settings on the phone.

The Nissan button appeared like an app on the car head unit - when you pressed it it went back to the head unit menus and not CarPlay.

I don’t know what’s changed, but I can’t listen to the car radio whilst using navigation for example, it just muted everything not coming through CarPlay.

Annoying!

Apple tell me to reset the car stereo, which might be easier said than done.

Does anyone know how to “reboot” or restart the stereo?

I press the “audio” physical button and it gives me the radio stations. At least I think that’s what the button is labelled - not going out in the dark to check...
