Basically they are now 4yr deals instead of 3 and inflating the GFV, knowing that at the end of it the same thing will happen and the GFV will be much higher than real world value so will knock that down as well to not be having to take them back at the end of the deal.
It's good but it means your locked in for another year on a deal...

It seems 4 year PCP is becoming more common. The "reasonable" Zoe PCP deals are also due to 4 year term and much higher GFV (compared to ZE40). Nissan are probably responding to the ZE50 as although smaller than Leaf, people will cross shop.

Their slightly discounted new prices didn't tempt me for the 40kWh Leaf, I'm keeping an eye on the second hand prices and trying to be patient with all the new electric cars coming to market in 2020.
