Nissan Leaf after 3 years

Just want to say Hi to everyone. I have had my Nissan Leaf for 3 years now and love it. It was a bit of a punt, but after calculating the amount of miles I travel per year (less than 5k) I thought I would give it a try. In all of that time, the only issue was from my wife leaving the interior lights on and killing the 12v battery. This made the car think that the key wasn't there to start it and the door locks wouldn't open. After some web searching I found out that with a simple jump from another car got everything started and haven't had any trouble since.

I am looking forward to one day building my own conversion so I will be catching up on any threads on this topic.
