Hi,
a few days ago, (maybe after an unsuccessful update, but I'm not sure it really did only occur after the update), my R-Link shows "No maps found" and in the menu navigation is grey and cannot be selected.
We tried all kinds of updating and sometimes even received "update successful", but the end result is always the same. No maps found.
Apart from navigation, everything else seems to be working fine.
Anybody else having problems like these?
It's not a huge issue, as I usually use AA/google anyway, but still...

that was our first step to try fix the problem. Unfortunately, it did not work.
On the PC the data on the card look OK.
We are beginning to think it might be a faulty card reader.

So you mean in Rlink toolbox? The card should not be visible to the Windows file system.

(Without liability) I would try removing the map in Rlink Toolbox and reinstalling.

If you have corrupted card, the cheapest solution is to buy the new(ish) maps.

We did try removing and reinstalling the maps.
I am not particularly keen on investing money, as long as just the navigation is affected. I prefer to use Android Auto, anyway.
What I haven't tried, yet, is to contact Renault.

Try contacting the R-Link helpline, I've found them, er, helpful.

You can build a new virgin SD card if you follow my published guide, or the updated one by @yoh-there which is equally good.

If the R-Link helpline doesn't work out, we will try that.
I contacted the helpline this morning and they offered some advice. Unfortunately, following the instructions they sent by email exactly step by step, did not resolve the issue.
I'm hoping to hear back from them tomorrow.
