Hi, anyone able to recommend someone in NI to install a home charger? Got 1 quote so far coming in at over £1k after the grant, seems a little high. I appreciate there is less options than GB.

Have been in correspondence with Emerson Electrical in Portadown recently, quote pending at the moment. Hope it's less than your £1k, yikes!!.

It might be worth describing your installation. Decent chargers can be had for < £300. So installation without the grant may possibly be cheaper.

I had a podpoint installed today, just outside Belfast, £600 including grant for a 7kW tethered, I bought directly on podpoint's website. MJN Contracts do the podpoint installations here and seem to do a good job and have a pretty good reputation.
