I noticed construction around the filling station at the Westbound side of Northop Hall Services.

Lots of digging and the filling station is presently closed. Anyone know if this could be where one of the RCN rapids is going in?

That would be a better location, but most of the services along the A55 need an electrical upgrade before they can install a rapid.

I checked Gwynedd Council on-line planning applications and found nothing.

RCN is not going to get the A55 done this year.

Bangor Services isn't much help to us. We live nearby. Even people coming off the ferry at Holyhead get all the way to Abergele for a charge.

Kinmel Park (Starbucks) would be ideal but who knows. At this point it may be dependent on DNO upgrades more then anything else. I suppose I could ask Ecotricity.

I sometimes go to Caenarfon 90 mile trip for me so would use Bangor services to top up if Rapid becomes available, hopefully early next year to keep to electric as much as possible :D
