Having read a few posts in this forum, I think my main point of difference has to be not living in Milton Keynes. I do visit friends there, though.

Good blog.

It is not good idea to plug into a rapid charger and disappear for a couple of hours. It's ok on a slower charger as it possible your car won't finish charging but on a rapid charger you will be charged in 30 mins max which means you were probably blocking the charger if someone else needed it.

All part of the learning process.

Sorry that you have started being a little passive - you blog suggest who might be a budding 'evangelist'? There currently a few remaining vacancies for EV Evangelist(unpaid)!
You really need to hand on in here if you want to accumulate knowledge and experience - pain free. It can be rowdy, at times - but it always passes quickly. Like pot-holes - give them a wide berth! Extending you operational range is important and there are lots of insights to be had here! Some encouraging and some discouraging - you just have to weigh and balance!
