On our first out of range road trip we'll be overnighting in Oban where we will want to charge. We're heading south on the A816 after that and will be able to make Lochgilphead and maybe Inveraray before we absolutely must charge if we don't manage in Oban.

There seems to be a few posts in Oban, but not a huge choice. We have a Zoe ZE50 so can do AC and CCS.

Any tips or experience that can be shared for charging in this part of the world?

Thanks!

If you're planning to spend a few hours on a walk about Oban then we used the AC charger above (Tweedale st car park). You'll get a full charge in less than 3 hours.

We enjoyed the cakes at Julie's Coffee House (opposite the distillery).
