How many km on the odometer?
66500km, a few 100-0% trips have given me an average estimate of around 82.5% battery health, basing on the full 24.2kw capacity, not on the 20.2kw usable. Should SOH calcs be performed on the usable when doing them this way (100-0% test) do you think?

Calculating off of the usable capacity gives me 94.1% battery state of health which is a lot nicer of a number 😅

You must use the usable capacity for state of health, as that is how VW assess warranty claims. From what I have read the as new usable capacity is 89% of 24.2 kWh or 21.5 kWh (kWh is the unit of energy). Assuming you charged to 100% SoC prior to your drive, 154km / 8.1 km/kWh= 19 kWh usable capacity now. 19/21.5= 88% state of health. Decent, I think. My 2017 is at ~94% SOH at 49000 km.

What's your KWh at full? My Sept 2017 is at around 29.9 (based on OBD11 value) at 54k km..

It varies with ambient temperature and with the drive conditions, of course, but right now in the summer, am getting anywhere from 28.5 kWh to 31.1 kWh with most recently getting 30.0 kWh. I estimate capacity for my charge cycles of 120 km or more. For the last 2000 km my average is 30.2 kWh from 11 measurements. I rarely look at at the OBD number. Instead, I track state of charge and efficiency for each charge cycle and calculate usable capacity.

That is not the manual for my 2017 e-Golf. My car has 264 of the Samsung SDI 37 Ah cells. Nominal voltage is 3.67 V. 264x37x3.67=35.8 kWh gross capacity. With three groups of 88 cells in series connected in parallel, the pack has 111 Ah. Make sense?

It does. My earlier reply was regarding the 2015 and 2016 models since you mentioned here that that actual usable capacity is 21.5Kwh :)
