Yes it had two sockets. The sales guys didn't,t really understand what they where for. Their suggestion was contact british gas for charging station. We all know that's not going to end well at the moment with OLEV being dumb. Sorry little cross as I want a charging station and not excuses. Also as I use to own a heating company the thought of letting british gas near my property makes me feel rather ill.

When we consider that a chaarging station is basically an isolated/fuse, relay and of course the magic box that does the protocol. We must not forget the lead. Because all this has had government funding the true cost has been lost in the devious minds of accountants. I saw zero sell the parts. It's tempting I have electricians who work for me so it not a leap and or course it would be nice not to help the government collect data.
Am I missing anything?

Saw this video it's great. Still think the parts are over priced. Also like to see a more ideal outside box. If it's Ali and ugly wife will go mad.

I was not suggesting that people are charging to much, just that compared to other equipment there is a cost premium. It's of course because of numbers and early days. I do like the idea of the whole modular system of din rails as it makes upgrading easier. The sockets and plugs are expensive compared to commander sockets but again more tech in them and sold in much smaller numbers.
