Just cleared P0D3E code, for information this relates to a low voltage condition in the charger typically caused by Network Operator Switching spikes. It's a permenant stored code so dealer tool required to remove it, you can turn off the EML though.
EML should turn off by itself with the correct number of drive cycles.
