Evening all. I've got a 30kwh leaf at the moment but I'll be working slightly further afield soon and requiring more range. I've been quoted just over £7100 for a 40kwh Ascenta, 2 year lease for 15k miles. I've not been keeping my eye on prices recently, but this seems quite a bit better than last time I looked earlier in the year. Is this a downward trend or are Nissan just trying to offload by the end of the year? Thank you.

That's £300 cheaper than the current best lease deal on cars2buy (my usual first reference point) so a decent one. I don't follow it as closely as a few months ago when I purchased în June, but coming out of lockdown prices definitely rose alongside demand. I don't know enough to say if this signals a downward trend yet.

PCP is often more expensive than PCH, perhaps because there is no option to purchase.

With the i3, the difference was several thousand over a three year contract.
