How much of the HV cabling have you got as well? You'll have an even greater lack of traction than before.
Can't wait for the full swap from an Ariya e-4orce Cranfield aren't able to sell their LEAF development car but I'd be up for a Gen1 replica.

A customer sent back these pics, 110kW inverter upgrade on a 2013 LEAF, putting out 120kW to the wheels
