Hi,

Can anybody point me in the right direction to a guide to plug/socket types? What is the difference between type 1 and type 2 (and type 3 if there is one). How does J1220 fit into this? And when something says “must work in mode 3“ what does that mean? (I'm generally pretty technical around electrics bit these mean nothing to me.)
