It ranks high on convenience although I think you need to be pretty accurately positioned for it to work correctly - if it becomes a standard fit then auto-parking will no doubt cover that. Efficiency is also likely to be lower - about 10% or so - but given the cost of the electricity is already much lower than fossil fuel that's not a major issue. The charger cost is significantly more than a standard home installation but might be worth it of you really want that level of convenience.

For me, plugging in is very simple and quick so not an issue - certainly way more convenient that having to visit a filing station and expose myself to all those nasty carcinogens in the air.

Its atrociously inefficient, you really would have to value convince pretty high to be able to justify it. +12% more power used, and its limited to 3.3kW
