I really like the idea of 3 phase charging, although with a leaf, I can't. A 3 phase charging post that can do 22kW would be as cheap as chips, and the charger technology in the car will just get cheaper and cheaper as the volume increases. There should be minimal compatibility issues with different cars, and the reliability should be high. Almost all premises have 3 phase (except residential, but that could be mandated on new build.
