It is terrible that people are sold EVs without even some basic instructions on how to charge the damn things. Is that so they take them back saying how useless they are and buy a diesel?

Completely agree about the handover, luckily many did research before purchasing an EV so can offer this advice.

PS. Diesel over petrol for me though!
