Why do PodPoint use such weird names? I was distraught when my usual Niki-Levi was in use last night and I had to use Bing-Emry.

It's so they are easy to reference if you need to eg. call for support. Two names joined together is much easier to read out than a bunch of random characters (although you could argue that PG-102506 is easy enough).

TBH - names do make the search a bit easier

Because two four letter names are easier to remember and recognise than an 8 digit number without making mistakes.

It would be amusing to find a full list of the names, there are bound to be a few which can be taken to mean something we might smile at.

If you mean at Tesco and Lidl, that's the supermarket setting the price, not Pod Point.

For 7kW yes, the 50p rate is for CCS.

Ah, yes Scott, but with a PHEV battery that's enough. "Every little helps!" Especially when my home tariff is 35p approx.
