Does anyone know how to get proper VAT receipts (or indeed ANY receipts) from Polar Instant / Chargemaster?
I constantly have items sitting in my business accounts unreconciled, and with claimable VAT, but with no receipts having been sent by BP Chargemaster. They legally have to provide them, but HOW??!
