Apparently there's a bit of a problem with the system (and seems like there has been for some weeks).

If you register via the app, fill in the email with your details for the RFID card and don't receive it... nobody knows.

So if that's you, then you need to call their number on the website and explain the situation, they'll pop you a card in the post.

I phoned them today (+44 (0)1582 400331) to see where my card had gone and they confirmed there was a problem with the system not handling the responses correctly. The person I talked to said he now has a list of the affected email addresses and they plan to email those people apologising for the delay and saying that if they want a card they can respond with their details again.

On the other hand having confirmed my email address was on the list he knew my postal address (and my card should be in the post) so I'm not sure why they don't just send out the rfid cards originally requested.
