I'm getting this message when trying to play Netflix in the car. App opens ok, can see my account and content, even the background previews play, but no luck when trying to play anything. It's been like this for 2 months already.

Googling the error code there are a lot of hits with it starting with an M rather than a T including this on Netflix:

Chrome does a reasonable translate on the page, seems like it's a known cache related issue that can be solved remotely.

Right, so after my Netflix issue was sorted, now I'm unable to sign into Google or YouTube. Any ideas?

I believe that is a common issue. Go to a site that has a "sign in with google" option (off the top of my head, I think medium.com does) and sign in there. You will then be able to go back to YouTube and you should be signed in.
