"... before getting permission to install a charging point."

I have been trying to get my apartment's management company to agree to let me install a charging point in my parking space for the last 5 months. Of the 6 Directors, 5 are OK and one "doesn't have enough information to make a decision", and then as per title.

Not sure words can adequately express my reaction to that comment.

This guy has been fully taking the mick. First he wants an option paper on different installation options, which he was given, and now he wants a reference site after saying that. I'm starting to lose it just a bit.

So, does anyone here know anyone / anything (legal) that could help?

Sounds like he is just trying to make a point, maybe ask him what his problem is ? As he is presumably worried about a potential liability or complaint in the future....

Have done - despite many offers to meet up, he wont talk directly to me, we have to communicate through a neutral third party. If he had mentioned liability then it would help. Only that he's worried that it'll set a precedent. Well, I've got news for him: EV's are coming, and if it isn't me it'll be someone else.
