Has this happened with anyone, your subscription is updated and after signing in to Car net there's a small window that pops up saying "Buy Plan". In other words, you have not bought a plan as if not subscribed. Yet I've been paying for 6 months. And have been calling customer service for over a week, including the level of customer service that is beyond the usual techs anyone would talk when you FIRST call.

And so I can't do anything with the app. I press on the "Buy Plan" request, highlighted like a link, but it doesn't open up. You have to call Car Net but so far that does not work. I saw months earlier some people were using the ID.3 app. If so I cannot find that in the app store. Is there an up dated app I don't know about. Anyone else has insight on this.

Over here in the U.K. the App for the e-Golf so that you can check charge status, remote start climate etc is called WeConnect?

Not sure if that’s available in the US, but Car Net isn’t available here now.

I’ll try the WeConnect app.
I tried to sign in on my laptop and computer at work and I couldn’t get past Buy Plan yo must have a subscription.
I noticed CarNet also has sent emails to my other email address. So there may be some confusion there. If Weconnect is available I’ll just use that.

From what CarNet rep told me this a problem for a lot of people. And that’s why we are cancelling our subscriptions. So yeah I just now cancelled it. I tried the we-connect link, it tried to open, but I couldn't. It may not be available in the USA.

Hmm, we-connect didn't come up using my phone but it did on a regular computer. No option for USA so I chose UK. And then added my address in the US. LOL, let's see how this works. Will they charge an overseas fee????
