My only confusion is on the charger instructions it states for 7.2kw, I need a 40amp fuse??? Surely 32amp should be OK? (7200÷230=31.3amps)
I've switched it to 6kw at present, I may change to 40amp fuse and to 7.2kw later.

To be honest, it is fine to try 7.2kW as worst case scenario is it trips MCB. Some EVs have high inrush current (Zoe for example) but your taxi might be OK.

I initially had it on 7.2kw and was fine, I then switched to 6kw, so I'll try 7.2kw again.
Thanks for all the help, 👍

Compared to the TX4 diesel, it's like a Bentley!!! In the diesel it was costing £40 per day diesel, TXE costs approx. £12 per day electric+petrol for range extender. You have to factor in the £60k price tag, but it's a major step in the right direction.
Please tell your colleagues, sick of breathing in the smog from TX4s!
