Looking for email addresses only, I suggest you say who you are working for, to me this looks like a fishing expedition.
And the survey system is rubbish, look at something like Google docs.

Not looking for email addresses, that's the reason why it's not a required field. I understand how it could look like that based on some answers. The form is dynamic and it will only ask certain questions based on previous answers.
I understand how it could look like a scam when there are only 4 questions before the end of the form.

Selecting, "Not owner", "No driveway", "Have to park on the street". Just in case you want to see the whole form...

There’s nothing on there about data protection. I’d say you could end up in difficulties by collecting e-mail addresses for a fairly non-specific reason and not providing the contact details for your own data controller. For example you now have my e-mail address but no way for me to contact you to opt-out. No opt-in for marketing e-mails etc. means you can really do very little with those e-mail addresses.

Happy to answer a couple of questions and the addition of an email address doesnt bother me in the slightest
Though the question "how do you charge your electric vehicle" was asked twice in succession

Fell at the first hurdle.
I'm not an owner at present, but was, so the Not owner (yet) option doesn't fit either. Rather a blinkered survey.

There are quite a few who have been but currently aren't EV owners and charging solutions may be why.

Very good point. I have added a few questions that hopefully will allow you to complete the form!
