Appreciate that the rapid charger I'm referring to is free and anyone can use it but I'm back once again to do some shopping and the same taxi chap is on it and the car is hovering at 98% https://trackeasy.fun/usps/ https://showbox.tools/ ...

I'm at 45% and would like to quick charge for 30 mins and get on my way.

Should I be frustrated or chill out....

Yes, it’s frustrating.

But this is the problem with free rapid chargers.

I expect I know what the taxi driver would say if you asked him to move...

Chill out, all you'll do is raise your blood pressure or worse.

I was an EV taxi driver for a while. I would never have stayed on a rapid over 80% with someone waiting. There's almost certainly no point charging that high as you're just wasting everyone's time including your own. It's always faster to charge later once your SOC is low.

Some people are just ignorant, some are just tossers, and many are a combination of the two.
