Hello everyone,,
I need to go to Westminster and usually drive down to Hillingdon and catch the tube but the NCP car park doesn't have a charge point however Rayners Lane which is a little further has Twelve 22kW 32A Type 2 Mennekes charge points.

Anyone know how this works, I will arrive at about 8am and leave at around 8pm, do I just plug in and pay for a days parking and leave it pluged in all day, I have a Source London Card???

Why not drive into Westminster - EVs only pay for the first 10 minutes parking!!

I live near there. I’ll go and have a look now, the plugshare is out of date I think. rayners Lane station car park is massive, it’s likely down the end but they did just refurbish the car park iirc.

edit: this charge point does not exist, all of them have been removed. i just drove around it and no sign of any. I’ve emailed plugshare to take the listing off and edited the listing to ‘not available’.

as for parking advice, you might prefer staying on the A40 to westfield shopping centre and just hop on the tube from there. You want the John Lewis parking, not the old parking downstairs, UC or UL are all Polar chargers.
