I have this permanently on mine too. In fact when I look closely I have pools of water in the bottom as well as moisture. Unfortunately the nearest Ampera dealer is so far away I'll wait until next service to have them replaced. I shall tell them in advance when I book but I just know that they'll say "oh you'll have to come back for that!".

I thought they were lights but neither of them illuminates are they just for decoration? Ampera Electron 2013.
