Personally I'd paint them a solid colour, the "whiteworm" always comes back on diamond cut alloys sooner or later. I'd personally go with bright metallic silver, The style does look quite different in silver. I've also seen these done to match the darker metallic grey Leafs, which looked nice.

As your car appears to be white, you could be bold and colour match it with white! That may, or may not work, depending on taste!

So that's what I've been seeing on certain Tekna wheels. I've seen some which looked very similar to a regular alloy but all silver, and they were all from a particular retailer. Never occurred to me it was just the original alloy but painted over.
That will be it, they do look totally different when all one colour, I like them better like that.

This isn't actually the retailer I was referring to (I can't recall what their name was), nor are they same shade, but I think this demonstrates the look:

That works really well, colour matched on a silver car.
