Just wondering other's experiences.
The T&Cs say that they will try a Roadside repair. However they told me on the phone that they don't do that - they will only transport the vehicle to a garage.
They also wouldn't arrange the garage itself - I had to call around different garages to find one.

First time I called in they picked up straight away but second time (10am on a Monday) they took 28 minutes to answer the call. Glad I wasn't on the side of a motorway!

Unfortunately the dealership that accepted it on Sunday then called me on Monday to say they no longer service EVs (although it says they do on Renault UK's website). However Renault assist have arranged for it to be towed to another dealership without quibble.
