After second screen crash my touchscreen had been replaced. Excellent service as always from Tesla but trouble is all settings completely lost such as driver profiles and home link which is a bit annoying. I assumed these were stored in the cloud or backed up before screen swop. The other downside is that my dash trim does not sit neatly around the passenger side presumably due to unavoidable distortion whilst fitting the new screen.

Anyone else had problems with touchscreen freezing and having to be replaced and if so did your dash trim fit snugly afterwards?

Not had one replaced, but I would think if the trim does not fit as it was, they should be more than willing to investigate it and refit again if needed.

Yeah I would agree with that. You shouldn't have to put up with badly fitted trim on any new car let alone an expensive one like a Tesla....
