I get a view like above, but no kia logo, no little car to touch... US model year 2020

I see that if I don't hit the opening screen "confirm", then in reverse, I do not get the kia logo nor the gear...
when I have hit the confirm, then I get the kia logo and the gear, and I can do brightness and contrast, but no little car on the right edge of the display to change camera angle.
