I had a Rolec tethered charge point installed last October and it's worked fine until the last few weeks. I can now not get my BMW i3 on charge without constantly unplugging the cable and resetting the box. The error I get is "mains power too low". I have this evening reverted to a 3 pin socket for charging and had no issues. I also have no issues at other charge points. Any ideas what to do?

Sorry to state the obvious, but i would start by discussing it with your Rolec installer, or even Rolec themselves.

What is your mains voltage Neil ?

Maybe the DNO have just adjusted a local transformer tap and you don't have the oompf any more ?
