Hi, just had a new Rolec wallpod installed - however it seems to be cycling between offline and online several times a day. According to Rolec and EV app, going offline it is just they cannot connect for smart charging but unit should still function (i.e. blue light should be on) - however the light goes off and so does the power.
It hasn't tripped, in that all breakers are correctly on - just a red light on one of the breakers. Usually I have to reset this by cycling the power, but have also seen it reset itself ?!?!
Installer is baffled and Rolec not much help ("they will monitor charger" - perhaps it is them resetting unit remotely sometimes?)
Any advice / tips greatly received - it is a tethered lead if that makes any difference.
