In the past couple of weeks getting anything out of the front washer nozzles has either been impossible or only done by using the rear window nozzle first. I chalked this up to the cold.

However, today, with a good litre of liquid in the tank, all I got was a noise from under the bonnet and the wipers scraping across a dry windscreen. Nothing coming out of any nozzle, front or back.

Anyone else had this?

Check the nozzles aren't just blocked by using a sewing needle or pin on them.
