That looks like a good solution to the lack of a bike rack fitting on the i3, it's a little expensive for me though.

They say if there is no loss of pressure after 4 hours you are good to go - 2 hours to go. I have a sunroof so not an option to mount it further forward. I might make a small bracket for the rear holder so that the wheel rests more securely. My bike does fit with the seats down but if it is filthy or wet I don't fancy it dripping on the upholstery.

Did a trial run and after a small wipe with a microfibre cloth there wasn't any sign they had been on.

Lack of a Bike Rack was one of the key decision points for me between the i3 and the Audi A3 etron. I still don't think it would have quite tipped the scales, but its too late now anyway.
