Just got my new forfour premium and i am sure the it was advertised as having sat navigation built in but i am unable to see it,
do i have to use my phones nav using android auto or is there onboard sat nav in the console
Any other forfour eq owners out there , i would love to here your thoughts on the car

has it got a space on the infotainment unit that says map not available or something similar?
Weve just bought one and the dealer had lost the sat nav sd card. took a moth to get one, but they didnt realise whle they were prepping it. In the centre console there should be a usb and a sd slot. the maps are on an sd card., check if its there

All I have is radio and phone connection

Can you post a photo of your head unit. Trying to find the specs on a smart car is hard as they keep changing the trim names.

no sd slot in mine just usb slots

i think they are all run from sd card on the smarts. Ours is a 69 reg 2020 model and the usb and sd is under the arm rest. but i have seen videos where it is the front centre console. My head unit is the same as SunnyEddy's. The body shape is the facelift.
