Just got my new forfour premium and i am sure the it was advertised as having sat navigation built in but i am unable to see it,
do i have to use my phones nav using android auto or is there onboard sat nav in the console
Any other forfour eq owners out there , i would love to here your thoughts on the car

Nothing about navigation
All I have is radio and phone connection

Big box has radio
Other boxes for phone and smart connect
There's a settings menu and that's it
I'll upload a pic tonight when I'm home,
If anyone can show me there's that might help.

Bigger screen, less buttons different user interface

Android auto works fine.
But I want to be able to see vehicle info and battery flow and state of charge
And charging station locations without plugging my phone in

I have a 2020 Smart EQ Forfour Pulse Premium and it comes with built in Satnav.

Mine also came with the maps loaded onto an SD card slot.

What does your home screen look like?

no sd slot in my eq , just 2 usb and aux in.

Can you post a photo of your head unit. Trying to find the specs on a smart car is hard as they keep changing the trim names.

Mine's the same, arrived 2 weeks ago. No sign of SatNav and no DAB option either!

you would think that satnav comes as standard , it seems they are relying on android auto or carplay for the nav but that means you have to have phone plugged in which is a pain.
theres no energy use and current flow animations on the big screen either .
very dissapointed with the infotainment system
especially as i ordered my forfour when it was old model with these features but i was upgraded for free to this model after the change over.
think i would have preffered the older style

It's good they updated it to have apple car play but why take away all the other features.
On board sat nav is pretty standard nowadays even on much less expensive cars.
