I have a Smart EQ ForTwo that is a few months old, I too was surprised that it had no built-in sat-nav. It does have Apple CarPlay but that only connects 75% of the time and when it does connect, it frequently hangs and stops me making calls or even changing the Apple nav map. Pretty disappointed with this. I wonder if there is a car software update available?

Mine's the same, arrived 2 weeks ago. No sign of SatNav and no DAB option either!

Odd, mine has DAB and FM.
