Afternoon all,

I just had a smart meter installed hoping to get onto Octopus Go. Unfortunately as my meter is in the basement I am unable to get a WAN connection on the meter. I am in Harrogate and I believe as such we are on arqiva LRR for the comms.

Can anyone tell me is there any verson of the SKU that allows for an external aerial to be fitted for LRR (not SIM)?

Thanks in advance!

Tom

I'm in Bingley and in the same boat with a weak signal. If you do try the repeater let me know how you get on please, in fact could you post some links to what you've looked at?. It still might be worth doing it at £1000 if you do about 12k a yr mileage and more you're probably talking at least £400 a yr difference between a standard tariff and Octopus Go, so it's quite significant.

What would you plug the repeater into? Or - is such a device more like a range extender with a separate antenna port?
