Not sure why but I stopped getting the SMS notification when the battery is charging or stopped charging. I can still see the status on the app / Web so there is communication to the car but I don't get the sms anymore. I have the settings on my profile to get sms.
Any ideas?

The connectivity on the Zoe is poor. I'd start with rlink support first. Then the dealer as it may be a sign the TCU has failed.

Check the ZE Services or whatever they're calling it package is still current as that is needed to have the emails/sms things to work to start with at all.
