Has anyone been having trouble with registering for a Source East card?

I thought I had registered last week 4th., & paid £10. So far no card received.

I've sent them a couple of questions, but to date no response.

It recognises my email, but will only send me a link to change my password.

afaik I've never been sent or asked to set a user name, which is required to login.

Needless to say the money's been taken from my account!

Any thoughts, or am I having a senior moment?

Same here. The money has been taken on my credit card but I haven't received the Source East card. I emailed them and had no reply.

We have had no problems, customer service has been 1st rate.
Infact my wife left the card on the dashboard in the full sun and it turned into on of those 70's vinyl record bowls, one phone call and 2 days later we had a new one at no cost.:)

I seem to remember a couple of months back they were having delays of a couple of weeks, when processing new cards. With the summer holidays just finishing, I would have thought it is quite possible that is still the case.

A couple of us on leaftalk are having fun with Source East too. We are luckier though in having received our cards. We are just missing logins and accounts. I can't get my card to work on any of the chargers and I don't think the other guy has either. After a few emails we've both phoned in and both been told our accounts will be set up ... not yet happened though!

You are not alone :)

Ok, thanks guys. Thought it might be me doing something stupid!

I hope they sort it soon, get car next week, not that I envisage using it that often. Handy to have 'just in case'
